Fathers' Rights Australia and CLARRIE HOLDEN

I think that when Clarrie first decided to do a Class Action he had no idea of the mammoth task it is.  The work that is going on behind the scenes is a full time job and we wanted to give you a brief update on what is happening.  The financial investment to set Fathers' Rights Australia up across all 4 areas is being funded 100% right now by Clarrie Holden, which at this time is around $40,000.00 and with monthly expenses in the area of $3,000.00.  The purpose of the V.I.P. Membership is to support the cause financially, it is only with a movement of people and money that all will happen.  We appreciate any help, financial or otherwise that you can do. 

There are four main areas to F.R.A., 

1. The support and services for men, children and families that are challenged with mental, emotional, physical and financial issues because of the mistreatment and unjust abuse and alienation bought about by the Family Law Court.  Please be patient, we are in 'start-up' phase and it takes time to build the right team of people and to create the right programs that are needed. to provide the services and support.  In the meantime Clarrie can sometimes spend all day talking to men who are searching for answers, needing emotional support or reaching out because they want to help F. R. A. in some way.  
2. The 'business of F.R.A.' and this also takes time.  Clarrie is working tirelessly to set up charity shops and recycling bins and systems that will not only support families and children in need but provide the much needed funding for legal representation and fathers' that are experiencing financial hardship.  The F.R.A. businesses will also provide an opportunity for men who need work and or are looking for a purpose.  
3. Setting up the charitable foundation and non-profit organisation: this positions F.R. A. to provide even more support across all areas to fathers' and their families.  Clarrie is meeting with lawyers and other professionals to get this status by the February/March 2020.  
4. The Class Action: this is a process that will take time, but the process has begun and we will keep you updated every step of the way.   The VICTIM IMPACT STATEMENT has been completed and you can DOWNLOAD a copy on the FB page.   There are meetings with significant individuals that not only support F.R.A.'s in their decision but have the resources, experience and contacts to expedite the process in certain areas.  For obvious reasons we need to keep this behind closed doors for now, but be assured that things are happening, and it is very exciting.
